İ want to express that in the point when you think that it is not possible to go on and make it work please do not give up. This point is when the progress starts.

: Is true in order to slim down on a elliptical to u must do low resistance. Ive heard high resistance is good , u sweat more etc
it’s okay to start out at a certain resistance if a low resistance doesn’t challenge you, but if your aim is to slim down don’t add onto that resistance.
same goes for strength training. depending on the machine, i lift 15-20 pounds, but i don’t move up a weight class. people who want to build muscle keep adding resistance.
